I've spent nearly 30 years working in IT which is long enough to have shipped software before "the cloud" was a product category, and to have migrated plenty of systems into it since. Along the way I've stayed close to the Microsoft ecosystem: SQL Server and the modern Azure data stack, Fabric, Databricks, .NET, Python, and web development, Azure infrastructure and migrations, and the identity and security tooling that holds it all together.
Gottschalk Consulting exists because most organizations don't need a large firm with layers of account managers between them and the person doing the work, they need someone experienced who can look at what they have, tell them the truth about it, and build it. That's the entire model.

Hands-on, not hands-off
I do the work myself. There's no bench of junior consultants learning on your project, you get direct experience on every engagement.
